Trusted onsite support for homeowners, designers, and select projects requiring local coordination during furnishing, installation, and home setup phases.

Periodic walkthroughs during projects and maintenance work

Support is offered on a project, day-rate, or hourly basis depending on scope and scheduling needs.

Essential Stewardship
Starting at $1,500/month
Reliable property oversight and trusted local presence for homeowners seeking preventative care and light coordination while away.
Includes:
• Two scheduled on-site stewardship visits per month
• Up to 4 hours of remote coordination monthly
• General property walk-throughs and visual oversight
• Seasonal property checks and awareness
• Basic arrival preparation prior to owner visits
• Vendor access coordination during scheduled visits
• Stewardship summaries and photo updates available upon request
Elevated Stewardship
Starting at $2,500/month
A higher-touch stewardship experience with expanded property awareness, enhanced arrival preparation, and greater ongoing oversight.
Includes:
• Up to two scheduled on-site stewardship visits per month
• Up to 6 hours of remote coordination monthly
• Expanded seasonal property awareness
• Enhanced arrival preparation prior to owner visits
• Awareness of overall home presentation and living-space readiness
• Vendor access coordination during scheduled visits
• Stewardship summaries and photo updates available upon request
Visit duration and scheduling are determined by seasonal property needs, owner arrival schedules, and general stewardship requirements.
Private Estate Stewardship

Comprehensive stewardship for exceptional homes requiring elevated oversight, refined care, and ongoing estate presence.
Includes:
• Up to four scheduled on-site stewardship visits per month
• Up to 10 hours of remote coordination monthly
• Expanded property and seasonal oversight
• Enhanced arrival preparation and presentation readiness
• Ongoing awareness of overall home condition and presentation
• Priority scheduling access
• Stewardship summaries and photo updates available upon request
Visit duration and scheduling are determined by seasonal property needs, owner arrival schedules, and general stewardship requirements.
Additional On-Site Support
Services requiring dedicated scheduling, active on-site presence, waiting time, installation support, or extended vendor communication are billed separately.
This may include:
• Vendor meetings
• Furniture or specialty deliveries
• Installation support
• Contractor access and communication
• Multi-vendor scheduling support
• Troubleshooting service issues

Additional on-site support begins at $125/hour and are billed in 30-minute increments.

John George Estate Stewardship was created to offer a more thoughtful and personal approach to caring for exceptional homes in Truckee and Tahoe.
My background includes working as a luxury real estate broker in Beverly Hills, along with years in interior design and high-touch client service where presentation, trust, communication, and attention to detail truly matter. Over time, I realized that many homeowners were looking for something more personal than traditional property management — someone local who could help keep the home organized, prepared, visually cohesive, and consistently ready to enjoy.
My approach is calm, practical, and highly detail-oriented. In addition to overseeing vendors, property visits, and arrival preparation, I pay close attention to the overall feel of a home — from lighting and presentation to subtle signs of wear, seasonal readiness, and the small details that shape how a property feels over time.
Outside of work, I spend much of my time hiking with my dog Rico, snowboarding, cooking outdoors, traveling for great waves, and enjoying the slower rhythms of mountain living that drew me to Truckee in the first place.
I work closely with a limited number of clients to provide trusted oversight, thoughtful communication, and a more refined, personal level of care for exceptional homes.
